A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist to provide school-based psychological services at a high school setting in Westfield, MA. The position supports student wellbeing and academic success through comprehensive psychological assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to inform instructional planning Provide individual and group counseling to support students social-emotional development Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies Participate in Student Support Team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state licensing requirements Support crisis intervention and consultation as needed Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active Massachusetts Psychologist license is mandatory (a screenshot of the license must be submitted with the application) Proven experience working in school settings, preferably in a high school environment Strong knowledge of assessment tools and protocols used in educational psychology Ability to conduct evaluations, interpret data, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Capacity to complete required background checks promptly Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time, 35 hours per week Location:Westfield, MA High School setting Contract Duration:ASAP start through June 25, 2026 This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes while working in a dynamic school environment.
