This role involves working onsite with all grade levels, managing a caseload of approximately 65 students through direct services and consultations. The workload, including counseling and evaluations, will be shared evenly with the current school psychologist. While this position requires onsite presence, limited remote report writing days may be considered with prior approval. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels Provide counseling services to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop intervention plans Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student well-being Desired Qualifications: Valid school psychologist certification or licensure Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting Strong assessment and counseling skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families Excellent organizational and communication abilities Location: Springtown, TX Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week Contract through June 5, 2026 This position offers a meaningful opportunity to support student success through comprehensive psychological services in a supportive educational environment.
