This position offers an opportunity to work as a Special Education Teacher serving students in both elementary (grades K-5) and high school (grades 9-12) settings. The role is based in Gresham, OR, within a supportive school environment on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective classroom integration. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal special education regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth. Desired Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with students in grades K-5 and 9-12. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
