A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed to provide skilled therapy services to a Pre-K through 12 caseload in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is to cover a maternity leave from March through the end of the school year and is located in Springfield, TN. The successful candidate must hold a valid Tennessee license to practice as a COTA. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions to students, collaborating with educators and other school staff, maintaining thorough documentation, and participating in individualized education program (IEP) meetings. The role requires working closely with children across a wide age range, adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse developmental needs within the school environment.
