The position runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, generally from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Located in Leesville, SC, the role involves supporting a classroom environment designed for students with unique medical needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized nursing care to two students with specific medical requirements. Manage G-tube and tracheostomy care for one student, ensuring proper procedures and safety. Provide suctioning and tube feeding support (twice daily via pump) for the second student. Assist with medical care for other students in the classroom as needed. Collaborate closely with two classroom aides and the teacher to create a supportive and safe learning environment. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with school nursing experience preferred. Expertise in pediatric nursing, particularly caring for students with G-tubes and tracheostomies. Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team of educators and aides. Compassionate approach toward children with exceptional healthcare needs. Strong communication skills to coordinate care and provide updates to staff and families.
