A full-time school psychologist position is available for a leave contract at a K-12 school in San Jose, CA, focusing on middle school students. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services to support student development and well-being from the start date ASAP until April. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for middle school students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in crisis response. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Valid California School Psychologist License is required. Experience working with middle school-aged children preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
