Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely. Assisting the physician in performance of invasive electrophysiology procedures. Has basic knowledge of EP Lab equipment and the maintenance of it while administering direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Provides direct and indirect care during established procedures and sedation for patients. Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), EP program graduate, Respiratory Therapist, Exercise Physiology, Paramedic, or Radiology Technologist. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 year EP, Healthcare Imaging, Exercise Physiology, Paramedic, Respiratory, or RN experience. No experience required if a graduate of a RCIS or EP program. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Based on healthcare experience (see above) applicable license required. xsgimln If a graduate of RCIS or EP program, no license is required.
