A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available within a K-12 public school district in the Phoenix area, specifically Glendale, AZ. This contract position runs through the current school year, starting as soon as possible with an end date of May 21, 2026. The role requires consistent in-person attendance, as virtual or hybrid arrangements are not permitted under district policy. Key Qualifications and Requirements: Active Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Certification IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience as a school psychologist preferred but open to candidates with 0-10+ years, with compensation reflecting experience Strong understanding of K-12 developmental and academic needs Commitment to providing psychological services fully on-site Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling services to support student well-being and academic success Collaborating with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote a positive school environment Managing caseload details and assigned schools as provided by the district Position Details: Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, approximately 35-37.5 hours per week Specific caseload and age group information will be communicated as more details become available Contract duration coincides with the school year (CSY) This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students educational and emotional development in a dynamic school setting.
