Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and administration. Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students mental health and well-being. Collaborate with school staff and families to create supportive learning environments. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making. Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. State certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff.
