Job DescriptionJob Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities: Provide consultative support to teachers in 5-7 assigned schools on an itinerant basis. Conduct observations and assist with data collection to inform effective behavioral interventions. Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and model strategies to promote positive student outcomes. Collaborate with education staff to enhance classroom environments and promote consistent behavior management practices. Offer guidance on behavior support plans based on BCBA principles without delivering direct student services. Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure required. Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably supporting self-contained classrooms. Demonstrated ability to coach and support teaching staff in behavioral interventions. Strong observational and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
