Clinical Pharmacist Cardiology / Inpatient Hospital Setting (Broken Arrow, OK) Soliant Health is seeking a

Clinical Pharmacist with cardiology and inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

to join a respected hospital team in

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma . This

full-time, day-shift pharmacist job

offers the opportunity to provide advanced clinical services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive

clinical pharmacy services

for cardiology and inpatient populations

Perform

medication dispensing, IV admixture preparation, and therapeutic drug monitoring

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medication safety standards, and

evidence-based guidelines

Supervise and mentor

pharmacy technicians, residents, and pharmacy students

Actively participate in

patient care rounds

and support safe, effective medication management

Qualifications:

PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an

ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy

Current and active

Oklahoma Pharmacist license

(required)

BLS certification

(required within 90 days of hire)

ACLS certification

(required for Code Blue xsgimln participation)

Minimum

1 year of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience

(cardiology focus preferred)
