Sentara Care Plex Hospital is hiring a Manager for the Intermediate Care/Stepdown Unit. The Managerwill supervise and manage a 24-hour operations.

(Unit Coordinator, Team Lead, or other like position may be accepted in lieu of 1 year formal management experience. Unit Overview:
The Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) is a 24-bed stepdown unit for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. The predominant patient population includes but is not limited to acute CVAs, ventilator dependent patients-weaning and non-weaning, GI bleeds, chronic renal failure, newly diagnosed and chronic diabetes, general abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery and those diagnoses that require frequent monitoring
