Serving a diverse student population, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with special needs, fostering their academic and social growth in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Design and deliver differentiated instruction that meets the unique learning needs of students with disabilities. Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate effective teaching strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly. Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations regarding special education. Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and success. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings. Strong knowledge of special education laws, practices, and strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams and families.
