This contract role runs from February 4, 2026, to May 21, 2026, providing essential psychological services within the school district. Location: Fortson, Georgia Position Details: Job Duration: Contract, February 4, 2026 May 21, 2026 Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Caseload: Assigned based on the districts needs and the candidates experience; details to be discussed during the interview process Qualifications: Active Georgia Educator Certification in psychology Experience working as a school psychologist within K-12 settings Ability to assess and support students educational and emotional needs Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies Support students social-emotional development and academic success Maintain detailed records and provide timely reports Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) conferences as needed Benefits: Opportunity to impact student well-being and academic achievement Professional growth within a K-12 educational environment Full-time schedule with consistent hours Candidates with a current Georgia Educator Certification and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
