Join Our Trauma-Informed Mental Health Team We are a growing, trauma-specialized mental health group practice dedicated to fostering healing and transformation. Our work specializes in trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. We are looking for a licensed mental health professional in Utah (LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, or equivalent) who has a strong background in working with trauma and complex PTSD. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply committed to helping clients heal, thrives in a team environment, and values ongoing learning and professional growth. Full-Time Hours
: Minimum of 28 client sessions per week ~ Attendance at weekly staff meetings and group supervision is required ~ Paid Time Off (PTO) and mental health days ~ Paid holidays ~ A private office space ~ We are deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
