Job Description Job Description Post-Production Associate - GoTeez Custom Apparel (Alcoa, TN) About Us GoTeez is East Tennessee’s go-to shop for custom t-shirts, merch, and apparel printing. We work with everyone from local schools and sports teams to regional festivals and pro sports partners. Our shop is fast-paced, creative, and team-oriented - and we take pride in getting every detail right so customers leave happy. We’re looking for a detail-minded Post-Production Associate to join our crew in Alcoa, TN. This is where the final magic happens - turning freshly printed shirts into customer-ready orders. What You’ll Do Finish & Quality Control - Inspect printed apparel for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Trim threads, fold, and prepare products for packaging. Heat Press & Vinyl Application - Operate finishing equipment (heat press, tag printing, vinyl presses) to complete specialty orders. Order Assembly - Sort, count, and organize garments by size, design, and customer order. Packaging & Shipping - Bag, box, and label completed orders to get them ready for pickup or delivery. Shop Support - Help keep the production area clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Ability to stand, move, and lift boxes (25-40 lbs) during a shift. Team player attitude - willing to help out across the shop when needed. Previous experience in screen printing, embroidery, or production is a plus (but not required - we’ll train the right person).
