Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) - PRN (W-2)

Job Description Job Description About Us Noir Well Health is a growing medical and wellness practice in Brooklyn, NY, providing comprehensive and accessible care to our community. We are expanding our behavioral health services and seeking dedicated therapists ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis . Position Summary The therapist will provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults (and, if trained and credentialed, for children and adolescents – not mandatory). This is a flexible, PRN role where clinicians focus on patient care while Noir Well Health manages all the back-office support. Responsibilities · Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions. · Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. · Collaborate with medical and wellness providers as part of an interdisciplinary team. · Participate in treatment planning and provide referrals when appropriate. · Deliver services in accordance with legal, professional, and ethical standards. Qualifications · Current New York State license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required). · Experience providing psychotherapy to adults; experience with children/adolescents a plus but not required. · Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Schedule & Compensation • PRN (as needed) – flexible scheduling based on patient demand. • Compensation: $35–$38/hour, based on experience . • W-2 position . • Noir Well Health provides all marketing, credentialing, patient referrals, and billing — you focus solely on patient care .
