We' re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed School Speech-Language Pathologist ($58-65/hour) to support students of all ages in the Yelm, WA area for the remainder of the school year .

Job Details:
* Full-time, in-person position
* Caseload: 45-50 students
* School Year Dates: ASAP June 12, 2026
* Setting: Elementary, Middle, or High School
Role Overview:
As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Select and administer appropriate tests for a full range of speech/language disabilities
* Implement speech/language programs and maintain data collection system.
* Provide information to parents, teachers, school staff, consult with physicians, community agencies and others.
* Develop lesson plans and instructional material and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
Qualifications:
* Master s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology
* Washington SLP license
* WA State ESA Certificate
* Successful experience working with children is preferred
