Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to patients of all ages Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients and families Promote health education, wellness, and disease prevention initiatives Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Adhere to clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications Master s or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Strong clinical foundation in family practice and primary care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused mindset with strong ethical and professional standards
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in family practice or primary care Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment Interest in professional growth and long-term practice development
