Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting February 16-May 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Columbus, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic/urgent care, chronic condition management, and wellness visits including well woman visits. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm and Friday 8:00am-7:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and one Saturday every 6-8 weeks from 8:00am-12:00pm (first Saturday would be April 4). Clinic uses Epic EMR system, and average patient load is 16-18 patients per day. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Experience with chronic conditions, acute visits, minor procedures, and pap smears is preferred.
