Position Overview
Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Bowling Green, KY. Join Ryder Supply Chain Solutions to drive Auto Parts no‑touch freight.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay $1,230+ per week
Solo mile pay $0.48 per mile (2,500 miles per week)
Solo stop pay $12.00 per stop (5 stops per week)
Drop & Hook pay $6.00 per drop/hook
Shutdown bonus $2,000 (first year)
Sign‑On bonus $1,000 day 30 and $1,000 day 90
Safety bonus $250 per quarter (if applicable)
Schedule Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday; AM/PM shifts flexible
Benefits: uniforms & boot allowance, paid PTO 80 hours day 1, medical/dental/vision 30 days, 12 weeks paid maternity leave, 401k rollover at one year, quality employee discounts.

Routes: Local home daily (KY, IN, MS)
Tractor type: Day Cab
Trailer type: Dry Van 53 ft
Freight: Auto Parts no‑touch
Truck age 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, company fuel at 800 facilities
Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age
Class A CDL with endorsements; verified experience 9 months past 3 years or 2 years past 5 years or 5 years past 10 years
Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, Ryder road test
Strong back‑ing skills required; must read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations
Ability to follow written and oral instructions; maintain accurate records and logs; loading/unloading freight; perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and agency rules
Detecting and eliminating safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/unloading freight or assisting with loading/unloading per customer
Perform other duties as assigned
