Job Description:Providers must be able to float between two locations typically informed the day before if reassignedMost agency providers work 8- or 10-hour shifts but open to 12-hour 16-hour or 24-hour shiftsLater shifts 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. and weekend shifts are available40-hour guarantee is an optionNo heart cases primarily neuro endoscopy and radiology casesLimited pediatric cases but mostly standard procedures36-46 total cases per day between the two locations 15-20 cases per siteSupervised CRNA model 4:1 ratio most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesiaCRNAs are responsible for their own arterial line placementsCandidates must have a clean background with no license actionsPreference for candidates with an active license at the time of submissionCompensation: 250/hour all-inclusivePreference for candidates with either mileage-only reimbursement or an all-inclusive rateLocum to Perm Reduction in Conversion Fees:CRNA:160-319 hours = 2500 reduction320-639 hours = 4500 reduction640hours = 5500 reductionRegardless of number of hours a CRNA has worked reduction will not exceed 5500Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checksHenry Ford does not reimburse for application or credentialing fees.
