Job Duties

Greeting guests

Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties

Arranging transportation and excursions upon visitor request

Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation

Arranging tours and activities

Making dinner/event reservations for guests

Obtaining tickets for events

Arranging special services

Providing or arranging for general business services for guests

Maintaining the recreational equipment with regular cleanings and inspections.

Planning activities and completing activities on a daily basis, such as crafts, games, or special events.

Assisting guests with special needs to use the recreational equipment, or to enter/exit the area safely.

Overseeing company safety programs and policies

Recreation Attendant Requirements

A high school diploma or GED.

A minimum of 1 year experience in a resort, luxury resort

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.

Working knowledge of company safety protocols

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time.

A calm, friendly demeanor, and good conflict‑resolution skills.
