ProSidian Seeks a Female STEM Keynote/Guest Speaker | Diversity, Equity And Inclusion for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on an Exempt 1099 Contract. The role is generally located across the CONUS – Texas (Remote W/Travel or Virtual) supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Female STEM Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) Generally Located in CONUS – Texas (Remote W/Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Female STEM Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau as part of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functional area. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Aligns with an organization’s brand ethos by delivering expert-driven, engaging content that drives learning, innovation, and cultural connection. QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Qualifications for Female STEM Keynote/Guest Speaker: Current or previous role aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities with a proven subject‑matter expertise, public speaking ability, and audience impact. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the subject area; advanced credentials preferred. SKILLS REQUIRED
Communication, audience engagement, content development, critical thinking, and delivery flexibility. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Emotional intelligence, creativity, strategic mindset, professional demeanor, and cross‑audience resonance. ARAncillary Details Of The Roles
