Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Wisconsin - Weston & Stevens Point Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Shifts needed to be filled: Weston - 630p-7a - Aug 30 - Sep 1 - Oct 15-16 - 11a-11p - Oct 31 Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (FT) - Outreach to Stevens Point: 2 days/week required on T-W each week. Call Schedule: - 2 weeks/month & 1 week at a time (shared) Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 mins Patient Volume: 10-20 Support Staff: RNs, APPs, MAs & Office Staff Physician in Practice: 1 other dept oncologist. Mid-levels in Practice: 3 NPs in dept. Required Procedures: - Bone marrow biopsies & intrathecal chemo. Equipment: Intellidose TxM EMR: Cerner Required to Supervise APPs: Yes Other Info: Radiation oncology services available. Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: Active WI License or willing to obtain BC/BE Fellowship BLS, ACLS, ATLS
