Your Role As a

Tire Dismantler , you’ll support our production team by safely removing wheels, tires, and components from vehicles, helping prepare cars for processing, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, tools, and learning new skills.

What You’ll Do as a Tire Dismantler

Safely remove tires, fluids, and designated auto parts

Operate hand tools and (if trained) industrial equipment like loaders, forklifts, or crushers

Inspect and maintain tools and equipment daily

Prepare vehicles for processing and ensure secure handling

Support recycling operations and maintain accurate inventory reporting

Follow all SOPs, safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies

Keep your work area clean and organized

Meet individual and team performance goals

Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Assist teammates and learn new automotive salvage skills

What You Bring as a Tire Dismantler

Basic mechanical/automotive knowledge

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Basic computer and mobile device skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Reliable transportation Preferred:

heavy equipment experience, auto parts knowledge, bilingual (English/Spanish)
