As a trainee, you'll gain first-hand experience in client acquisition, brand representation, and market development, all while being mentored by some of the top performers in our company. This role provides a structured path to management with hands‑on training in leadership, business development, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and provide tailored product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service and support.
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and reach performance goals.
Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity at various marketing and outreach events.
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Track sales activity and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company targets.
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
Self‑starter with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
