Stellar Senior Living is looking for a reliable, fun and outgoing Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at a large senior living community. The Life Enrichment Assistants is responsible for facilitating the planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units. This includes everything from leading exercise classes and sing-alongs to brain-boosting activities, sports, art classes, and reading.

What You'll Do Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this community Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible What You'll Need to Bring Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter Possession of a Food Handler's Permit Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basis
