About the Role We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to help build and scale our procurement function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and vendor management. You’ll analyze spending, support sourcing decisions, and help create processes that keep our startup fast, cost‑efficient, and resilient as we grow.

Responsibilities

Find, negotiate and manage vendors. Support broader organization in sourcing and vendor selection through data‑dr正版 analysis and market research

Analyze company spend to identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Track supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance

Build and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and forecasts

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to align purchasing with business needs

Help design and improve procurement processes, policies, and tools

Assist with contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations

Support ad‑hoc analysis related to scaling operations

Plan and perform quarterly businessneapolis with suppliers

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, or analytics klingt data analysis imil

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (SQL or Python is a plus)

Ability to turn messy data into clear insights and recommendations

Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional stakeholders

Highly organized, detail woman‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous start‑up environment

$140,000 - $150,000 a year
