Passionate about working students We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions and supporting students with behavioral challenges in school settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address students' behavioral challenges and promote skill development. Collect and record data on students' behavior and progress towards behavioral goals and objectives using established data collection methods and tools. Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to students in various settings, including classrooms, therapy rooms, and other school environments. Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to create and maintain a supportive and structured learning environment for students with behavioral needs. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis and intervention techniques. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Current CPI training certification -

Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school (preferred). Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, behavior intervention techniques, and positive behavior support strategies. Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
