Within the Computational and AI Services team within the Informatics & Analytics department, the System Administrator - Storage Management will serve the Dana‑Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and its patients by providing computing services and assistance to faculty and research staff. The position is part of a specialized group of highly skilled engineers and administrators closely engaged with the research departments, bringing practical hands‑on computer expertise, HPC and storage expertise, and cloud operational supportStars cutting edge bio‑medical research.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include active monitoring and fast response to help desk requests to ensure్ట high system availability with minimal interruptions. They will help coordinate services, account access, or software/hardware issues.
