Reporting to senior financial leadership, this role supports enterprise-wide financial reporting and accounting functions, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and continuous process improvement.**Key Responsibilities*** Support preparation, maintenance, and integrity of the general ledger and financial management reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.* Ensure accounting transactions and financial reporting comply with GAAP/FASB standards and established internal controls to mitigate risk and protect organizational assets.* Maintain and reconcile asset and liability accounts, ensuring proper accounting methodologies, policies, and documentation.* Support federal, state, and local tax reporting and compliance requirements.* Partner with operational and finance stakeholders to improve accounting processes, procedures, and reporting accuracy and timeliness.* Lead, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.* Contribute to strategic initiatives including consolidations, cash and accounts receivable, fixed and leased assets, liabilities and debt, payroll and benefits, and special projects/process improvement efforts.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Minimum of six years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, including people management.* Experience in complex, regulated environments preferred (e.g., healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit).* CPA and experience with financial analysis, revenue cycle, or business planning preferred.If interested, please reach out to megan.vogler@oliverjames.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
