Overview
Finnegan’s Bio/Pharm Practice Group is seeking an attorney for our Boston office to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys
Work on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, and counseling matters
Handle large clients with large portfolios globally
Lead client meetings
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in related practice areas
Science background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies (required)
Advanced degree (strongly preferred)
Licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office
Compensation Annual Salary Range: $235,000 - $435,000
Location Boston, Massachusetts
