Job Description
Finnegan’s Mechanical litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking junior-level associates with experience in the mechanical arts in our offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Reston, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of solid experience in patent litigation or inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree required. Litigation or PTAB experience required. USPTO registration number required.

Annual Salary Range $225,000 – $260,000
