Primary Responsibilities

Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company.

Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plans for the services to be provided to patients and supervises their total home health care.

Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Enhances the profitability of the agency while motivating and retaining a qualified staff and assuring the quality of services delivered.

Required Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field.

Current CPR certification.

Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Home care experience.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Able to work independently.

Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay & Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role ranges from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
