**Department:** Accountable Care Organization
**Reports To:** Executive Director, Payer Contracting and Value-Based Care
**Status:** ExemptThe Director provides leadership for payer contracting strategy across SNHH entities, ensuring contract integrity, payment accuracy, and analytics that inform negotiations and operational improvements.
