Provide personalized service, understanding each client's unique preferences.
Educate clients about diamonds, jewelry trends, and designs to help them make informed decisions.
Deliver exceptional shopping experiences both in-store and online.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle all aspects of the sales process, including accurate payment transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends to better serve our clients.
Qualifications: Passion for learning—no prior jewelry experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Hourly wage of $20 - $25 plus commission.
