Key Account Service Rep.

Account management for our Key Account, Catalog, Ecommerce, and regional customers. Partner with our customers to maximize Clark's går shipments. Manage supply and demand issues and work with all facets of the organization to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of goods to customers.

What You'll Do

Maintainaccurateorderpoolandmanagecustomer'sexpectations accordingly. Shipment schedule, bulk ordermanagement,performance, and supply and demand managementareall analyzed to maximizeClark’sshipping potential. Collaborate with Demand Fulfillment to ensure fill rates are met and delivery of goods is on time and in fullto customers.

Responsible for communication with customersregardingpurchase order updates, price variances, shipping status, and all other information related to orders. Communicates product availability and status along with requesting extensions on purchase orders. Responsible for documentation on order changes and communicating any variance from the original purchase order agreement.

Coordinates with Customer Operations on customer requirements andmaintainsapplicable value-added services information. Updates,validates, andauditsCustomer Table / Master information. Manages purchase order fill rates, shipping information,shippingmethods, department numbers, etc. to minimize chargeback exposure. Knowledgeableonall EDI transactions and theappropriate proceduresfor processing.

Coordinates direct ships with inventory management team.With all direct ship/factory orders,youare responsible fororderinglabels throughthird partywebsites.

Enters customer data into special label applications, orders labels from external sources, provides UPC codes upon request, and accesses customer websites when necessary.

Responsible for customer-facing reporting activities. Includingownership and distribution ofexistingreporting onorder availability, pricing, product information,etc,as well as creation of new ad hoc reporting as needed.Expected tobe proficient in all available reporting tools currentlyutilizedby the business.

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma: bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to analyze data

2-4 years of Account Management Experience

Customer Service Experience

Reporting – creating and running reports, understanding of selling and forecasts

Prioritize workload – strong organizational skills

Ability to utilize multiple applications
