Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute integrated media campaigns across theatrical, home entertainment, and PVOD releases, including Digital/Social, National & Local TV (Broadcast, Cable, Hispanic, etc.), Radio, and Outdoor. Partner with senior team members to create data-driven media strategies, utilizing historical insights and competitive analysis. Review and analyze detailed media plans & schedules across all platforms (Broadcast, Cable, Local TV, National/Local Radio, Puerto Rico TV/Radio, Digital, Social), providing feedback and recommendations. Collaborate on media integrations and custom content executions including ideation, activation, and liaising with external partners. Assist in media trafficking across all platforms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assets. Align media campaign strategies with the broader theatrical marketing objectives, working cross-functionally with internal teams. Manage and mentor a Media Coordinator, fostering growth and professional development. Partner with external media agencies and vendors to ensure best-in-class campaign execution. Support the budgeting and invoicing process, including reconciliation and tracking spend across campaigns. Provide general support to the Global Paid Media team as needed, contributing to special projects and ad hoc initiatives. Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in media planning/buying at an agency, studio, or related entertainment field. Experience managing a person or small team preferred. Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, with proficiency in media math calculations. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis). Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
