FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds in Department: 12 EMR System: Meditech Office Equipment Available: Dictation services available Specialty Backup Available: Physicians available for H&P Support Staff Available: Social workers and nurses Reason for Coverage: Short-term coverage need
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (Emergency Privileges) Credentialing Timeline: Must be credentialed by 09/15/2025

JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active NY license required Board: Board Eligible (within 5 years) DEA: Active DEA Certification Experience: Experience in geriatric psychiatry preferred Other Qualifications: Willing to train on Meditech; flexible and personable; team player
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide psychiatric care to geriatric inpatients Complete daily rounds and patient assessments Be available for overnight in-house call Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Participate in documentation and dictation as required
