Now Hiring Multiple BTs & RBTs
Join a Growing, Supportive ABA Team
Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
At Genesis St. Peters, we’re building something intentional — a small, dedicated clinic environment paired with flexible in-clinic and in-home services. We are actively hiring multiple Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for both part‑time and full‑time roles.
Our focus is simple: high‑quality ABA care, strong clinical support, and a workplace where technicians feel valued, supported, and able to grow.
The Role
As a BT or RBT at Genesis St. Peters, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings. You’ll be trained and supported by a collaborative clinical team and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
This is a hands‑on, active role. You’ll work closely with clients on communication, behavior regulation, daily living skills, and independence. At times, clients may display challenging behaviors — you’ll be trained to respond calmly, professionally, and ethically.
Consistency matters. Families rely on dependable care, and we value reliability, punctuality, and commitment from day one.
