Server - Beer and Wine

Role Summary As a Server – Beer and Wine, you will guide guests to order food and prey or beverages, greet them with engaging interaction, provide menu suggestions, and deliver quick and timely counter service. The Server works closely with the kitchen staff and may be asked to cross‑train as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as staffing needs require.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast‑paced environment to enhance the guest experience
Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Manage all transactions on the assigned register, maintaining a proper cash balance and logging off correctly
Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 медиҳад for all alcohol transactions
Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only manner>
Use suggestive selling techniques consistently
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
Consistently wipe down αυτο and sanitize employee and guest high‑contact areas
Properly utilize personal protective equipment while carrying out position‑specific tasks
Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
Monitor safety and security issues (e.g., trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons) and report them to management
Perform other work‑related duties as assigned
Requirements
Proof of age: Associates serving or handling alcohol must be 18 (or 21 in certain states)
Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state‑mandated certification, health card, or food‑handler permit where required
Complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requires regular and consistent attendance
Maintain an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
Provide excellent guest service
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills

Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to take and follow direction

Physical and Environmental Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theater
Noise levels may be moderate to high at times
Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
