Office Manager
will serve as the central point of coordination for administrative functions, internal processes, and office systems, while supporting leadership and staff with operational needs. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate needs before issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, well‑organized work environment
Manage administrative workflows, procedures, and internal systems
Serve as the main pointmonth‑ of colhlvanje office‑related matters, vendors, and service providers
Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities; manage ordering and inventory
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including coordination of workspace and system access
Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and operational support
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including contracts and internal records
Support basic HR and payroll coordination tasks as needed
Assist with real estate–related administrative functions such as document preparation, data tracking, and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal policies and help improve processes for efficiency
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support special projects and ad hoc requests from management
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Administrative professional required
Experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Self‑starter who takes ownership and works independently
