How You’ll Make an Impact
Champion Lean Six Sigma strategies across the site
Facilitate improvement projects that enhance operational performance
Mentor and coach teams to build CI capabilities
Collaborate with leaders to align CI initiatives with business goals
Track and report progress using KPIs and metrics
Promote best practice sharing across teams and locations
Lead change management efforts with a hands‑on approach
Support training programs to build a strong CI community
Your Background
2+ years in operations or production leadership or BS in Industrial Engineering
Experience working in international teams and managing change
Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
SAP experience is a plus
Creative problem‑solver with a solution‑oriented mindset
