Adventureland, 3200 Adventureland drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of America**Supervisory Duties:** Lead by example, attitude, and as a representation of Adventureland’s core values performing the essential duties of all **Departmental Duties:** Perform whatever duties are necessary to ensure park cleanliness Ensure that all hosts have necessary supplies to successfully perform dutiesEnsure hosts have necessary supplies to perform dutiesAll other duties and special projects assigned by leadership **Language:**Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus. **Education and Experience:** High School education preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered2+ years of previous Park Service, grounds, or housekeeping work experience desired1+ year of previous supervisory experience**Requirements:** Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, open to close Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipmentAbility to comply with all uniform policiesAbility to safely and properly use a variety of cleaning equipment, including brooms, mops, and chemicalsMust possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner**Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, kneel, bend, or squat for long periods of timeAbility to remain on feet for majority of the workdayAbility to remain sedentary for periods of time, while using a computer Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or moreAbility to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/toolsAbility to see details of objects that are more than a few feet awayWorking at Adventureland is about making people happy!
