Role Purpose
We are searching for a Telematics Operations Manager to join our team! The position will be a key role in improving and scaling our telematics operations to help effectively serve our dealer network and external customer base. This position will be a key contributor to the implementation and enhancement of analytics and reporting processes to drive our commercial growth. You will lead the ongoing development of tools and systems that are essential for our subscription management process. This position will work closely with Finance for monthly billing, as well as the Director of Telematics on a variety of dashboard analytics and reporting. This role will partner with the telematics commercial, development and support teams to track key operational metrics supporting the business. Role Responsibilities
Establish and maintain customer accounts, including account creation, setup, and ongoing support within our telematics and API platforms. Work closely with Finance to own and manage the monthly invoice and billing processes. Track and analyze critical metrics, including customer and subscription growth, pricing, and conversion rates, for monthly dashboard reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to support sales programs and perform the necessary analysis and tasks associated with developing effective business reporting solutions. Form positive relationships and maintain regular contact with the Carrier Dealer network. Assist with onboarding and systems training for any new Telematics team members. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in a sales, operations, or engineering role. 5+ years of data analytics capabilities with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in, and a strong understanding of, telematics subscription management. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tool(s). Operational Database experience such as JDE and Salesforce. Experience working with Dealer networks. Experience with telematics platforms including device commissioning and troubleshooting. Excellent multi‑tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines skillset. Ability to transform complex issues/data into an executive summary. Ability to be a part of cross‑functional teams pursuing process improvement and issue resolution. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits
