Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Front Desk Receptionist position located in Santa Clarita, CA. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries with professionalism. Additional tasks include performing general clerical duties, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and providing assistance to team members as needed. The receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering multiple phone lines, directing calls, and maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
