Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills & Qualifications Required
Compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including an active driver’s license, minimum age of 21, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment
All successful candidates will also possess:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED or Military Service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑oriented environment to meet goals
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and other business needs.
