Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Litigation Legal Secretary to join their Atlanta team.

Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence and maintaining matter files with precision and discretion.

Prepare documents efficiently, process attorney expense reimbursements and vendor invoices, and ensure all files are complete and current.

Qualifications

Litigation experience highly preferred.
