R10083277 Logistics Coordinator (PM Shift) (Evergreen) (Open)Location:Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management - AMG-CorpWe are looking for you !**AIRGAS is Hiring for a Evening Shift Logistics Coordinator- Independence, OH*** Location: Independence, OH* Compensation: $23.00/ Hour + Annual Bonus* Work Schedule: 6pm - 6am, 12 hours shifts with 8 hour OT built in every other week**Recruiter Contact: Neelam Patel | neelam.patel@airgas.com | 913-343-5762 (Call/Text)**The Logistics Coordinator has the responsibility of accurately forecasting bulk product deliveries by planning and adjusting scheduled trips to ensure customer service levels and efficiency of operations with available resources while supporting the Airgas Merchant Gasses safety culture and adherence to DOT rules and regulations.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## **Key Responsibilities:*** Forecasting, adjusting, and maintaining the delivery schedule of bulk cryogenic gases.* Ensuring uninterrupted supply of bulk gases to internal and external customers and handling diverse issues in a timely manner.* Extensive communication and coordination with production, distribution, and sales departments within Airgas.* Supporting the Airgas Merchant Gases safety culture and assisting in safe deliveries while adhering to DOT rules and regulations.* Utilizing multiple computer-based tools such as ALTO scheduling software, PeopleNet, SCADA, PI Vision, and PowerBI**Required Qualifications:.*** Must be available to work any 12 hour shifts, including weekends* High school diploma or equivalent* Ability to problem-solve and quickly research solutions.* Excellent organizational skills in time management and resource allocation.* Ability to manage multiple priorities.* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.**Preferred Qualifications:*** College degree with emphasis in operations management, logistics or business administration is preferred* Two years of prior relevant experience preferred* Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
